Dial Haul / New agents

How to train a new agent on Rookie.

A 7 day plan for team leaders.

Short answer

Train a new agent in 7 days: day 1 learn the script, days 2 to 5 make 100 dials a day on low cost Rookie leads, day 6 review the calls and notes together, and day 7 move up to Starter once they close. New agents start with Rookie. Save the fresh leads for when they can close.

New agent? Start with Rookie: 250 leads for $199.

What is the 7 day plan?

WhenGoalDo this
Day 1Learn the scriptRead the opener, the three questions and the price line out loud 10 times. Role play with the leader once.
Days 2 to 5100 dials a dayDial the Rookie leads. Call each one up to 6 times at different hours. Log every call.
Day 6ReviewGo over the notes and outcomes with the leader. Pick one thing to fix, like the opener or the price line.
Day 7Move upWhen they close, or every Rookie lead has been called, move up to Starter.

Why start on Rookie?

New agents lose calls while they learn. On low cost aged leads that costs little. Fresh leads cost more, so save them for when the agent can close.

What should the leader check on day 6?

  • Dials, contacts and full talks for the week.
  • The notes on 5 calls that ended early.
  • One line of the script to change.
