Dial Haul / Legal
Plain English. Last updated October 7, 2026.
These terms are a deal between you and Dial Haul. They cover the Dial Haul website, lead store, CRM, dialer, Agency HQ, and any lead you buy. By making an account or buying, you agree to them.
You must be at least 18 and hold an active life or health insurance license in every state you call into, or work for an agency that does. You agree to keep your license current and to tell us if it lapses.
A lead is the contact details and quote answers of a person who asked to hear about life insurance. A lead is not a promise of a sale. A lead may be sold to more than one agent. Every lead shows its age and how many times it has sold before you buy.
Use leads only to offer insurance products to that person. Do not resell, rent, share, or publish leads. Do not add leads to lists you sell to others. You may keep leads in your own CRM.
You are responsible for following every law that covers calls, texts, and emails, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the Telemarketing Sales Rule, state telemarketing laws, and Do Not Call rules. Scrub numbers against the National Do Not Call Registry and state lists when the law requires it. Call only during allowed hours. Stop contacting anyone who asks you to stop, and mark them Do not call in your CRM.
Each lead comes with a record of the form, the date and time, and the words the person agreed to. Keep these records. If a regulator or court asks, you agree to share them, and we agree to help when we can.
Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay. Packs and store orders are paid up front. Subscriptions bill on the schedule you pick until you cancel. You can cancel, skip, or pause from Plans at any time, and the change takes effect before the next bill.
Wallet credit can be used for leads, subscriptions, and the CRM. Bonus credit has no cash value. Credit does not expire while your account is open. Wallet credit is not refundable as cash.
If a phone number is disconnected or wrong, swap it under our bad number policy within 7 days, up to 5% of each order. Swaps replace the lead with one of the same type. Other sales are final, because leads cannot be returned once you see them.
New accounts get 10 free leads on the first order. The bonus is one per person or agency and has no cash value.
The CRM and dialer are free for 3 days from when you sign up. Buy in those 3 days and it is $9.99 a month for good. After 3 days the CRM locks. Turn it back on for $19.99 a month, or keep using Dial Haul for leads only. If you do not choose a plan, we email you every lead you bought as a CSV file. Leads nobody calls or touches for 30 days are flagged, and if they stay untouched for 60 days they may go back into rotation.
Agencies apply to join the team leader program and are approved by Dial Haul. Approved leaders get their own team link and the leader agreement inside Agency HQ, which sets out any earnings and how they are paid. Refunded or charged back orders do not count toward a team. We may pause a team account while we look into fraud or a dispute.
Keep your password and text codes private. You are responsible for activity on your account and on any agent account you invite. Tell us right away if you think someone else got in.
Do not scrape the site, try to break in, share logins to avoid fees, use fake details, harass leads, or use Dial Haul for anything illegal.
You can close your account any time from Settings or by email. We may pause or close an account that breaks these terms. Fees already paid are not refunded, except as the law requires.
We work to give you real, recent, phone confirmed leads, but we do not promise any contact rate, close rate, or income. Examples on the site are estimates, not promises. The service is given as is.
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses.
Write to us first at support@dialhaul.com and we will try to fix it within 30 days. If we cannot, disputes go to binding individual arbitration, not a class action, unless the law of your state says otherwise. You can still use small claims court.
We may update these terms. We will post the new date here and email you about big changes. If you keep using Dial Haul after a change, you accept the new terms.
