This policy explains what Dial Haul collects about agents who use our site and how we use it. It also explains how we handle the details of people who become leads.
Account details: your name, email, mobile number, agency, license states, and password (stored scrambled). Order details: what you buy, when, and how you paid. We do not store full card numbers. Payment partners do. Use details: pages you visit, calls you log, notes, and settings. Device details: browser type, IP address, and cookies.
To run your account and the CRM. To process orders and payments. To send drop alerts, texts, and emails you turn on. To keep the service safe and stop fraud. To improve the product. To follow the law.
We send account texts, like log in codes, to your mobile. Drop alerts and marketing are only sent if you turn them on, and you can turn them off any time in Drops and alerts or by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.
Lead details come from people who filled out quote forms and agreed to be contacted by agents. We share a lead only with the agents who buy it. Agents agree to use it only to offer insurance and to follow calling laws.
Service providers that help us run Dial Haul, like payment, hosting, email, and text message companies. Your team leader, who can see your calls, sales, and spend if you join their team. Authorities when the law requires it. A buyer if Dial Haul is sold or merged. We never sell your account data.
We use cookies to keep you logged in, remember settings, and see how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser, but some parts of the site may stop working.
We keep account data while your account is open and for up to 7 years after, for tax, legal, and compliance records. Consent records for leads are kept for at least 5 years.
You can see and fix your details in Settings. You can download your leads as a CSV. You can ask us to delete your account at support@dialhaul.com. Some records may be kept where the law requires.
Depending on your state, including California, you may have the right to know what we collect, ask for a copy, ask us to delete or fix it, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal data. We do not sell agent data. Email support@dialhaul.com to use these rights. We will not treat you differently for asking.
We use encryption in transit, scrambled passwords, text code log in, and limited staff access. No system is perfect, so keep your password private and tell us if something looks wrong.
Dial Haul is for licensed adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
We may update this policy. We will post the new date here and email you about big changes.
