How to swap

Open the lead in My leads and tap Bad number, swap it. A new lead of the same type and state takes its place right away. Your swap count shows next to the button.

Limits

You can swap up to 5% of each order, with a max of 25 swaps per order. Free bonus leads do not count.

Leads nobody touches

If nobody calls, texts, notes, or moves a lead for 30 days, we flag it. You and your team leader get an alert. If it is still untouched 30 days after that, it goes back into rotation so it does not go to waste. One call or note keeps it yours.

How prices move

Leads get cheaper as they age: Fresh, then 30 to 90 days, then 91 to 180 days, then 181+ days. Every lead shows how many times it has sold.
