Questions

Good to know.

What is an aged insurance lead?

An aged lead is a person who asked for a life insurance quote more than 30 days ago. They cost less than fresh leads. Dial Haul prices drop as a lead gets older: 30 to 90 days, 91 to 180 days, and 181+ days.

Where do Dial Haul leads come from?

Real people who asked for a life insurance quote and agreed to be contacted. Leads that confirmed their phone with a 6 digit text code say so on the lead.

How many other agents get the same lead?

Leads are shared, so more than one agent can buy the same lead. Fresh leads are usually sold 1 to 5 times. Older aged leads can be sold 6 to 10 times, and they cost less.

What do I get with each lead?

Name, phone, email, city, state, age, coverage asked for, lead type, lead age, where it came from, and, for quote form leads, the consent certificate.

Do lead prices change over time?

Yes. Prices drop as leads age. A lead moves from Fresh (under 30 days) to 30 to 90 days, then 91 to 180 days, then 181+ days, and gets cheaper at each step. Fresh leads are usually sold 1 to 5 times. Older aged leads can be sold 6 to 10 times, and they cost less.
