Dial Haul / Answers

What is a TrustedForm certificate on a lead?

Short answer

It is a record that proves a person filled out a form. It saves the web address, the time, what they typed and the consent words they saw. If a lead ever says they never signed up, the certificate is your proof.

TrustedForm is made by ActiveProspect. By default a certificate is kept for 90 days, or up to 5 years if the buyer retains it. If nobody retains it, it is deleted.

Ask every vendor for a consent record on every lead, not just a sample. Aged leads without proof carry legal risk that can cost far more than the leads.

Every Dial Haul lead comes with its consent record, and you can see it on the lead in your CRM.
